If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. We will do our best to make it easy.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

• We will follow up with return instructions

Eligible items

• Unopened products in original condition are eligible for a full refund

• Opened or partially used products may be eligible for a refund or exchange at our discretion, especially in cases of product concern or dissatisfaction

• Perishable or consumable items (such as treats) may have limited return eligibility

Once we receive and review your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

Damaged or incorrect items
